Tres Leches Cakery was founded after YEARS of baking for family and friends, friends of friends, and families of friends. From the hard-to-impress veterans of our Hispanic culture to those who had never even heard of tres leches cake, everyone instantly falls in love. Just about everyone who has tried my tres leches cake has said it is THE BEST dessert they’ve ever had. So, with the motivation (read: persistence) of my husband that I should be sharing this with the world, Tres Leches Cakery was finally born. I hope you savor the love behind this dream, one bite at a time. And remember—tres leches calories don’t count!
